

Lorraine is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and founding member of the special interest group for coaching psychology (BPS). Lorraine qualified with a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from University College Dublin, an M.Sc. in Occupational Psychology from Queens University Belfast and an M.Sc. in Psychotherapy at Trinity College Dublin. and holds a diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
As an executive coach, Lorraine’s core focus is working with leaders to enhance their capabilities, supporting them as they shift from working in the business to working on the business—to deliver sustainable results. She supports a variety of organizations by developing their internal coaching capability.
Lorraine’s experience and academic background enable her to apply a range of models, constructs, and approaches to the challenges and opportunities experienced by senior leaders and their teams. She has designed/facilitated in-house training programs on leadership and performance coaching.
Lorraine’s professional emphasis is on results-focused and evidence-based coaching that is informed by current research and has a clear bias toward achieving behavioral change to support the execution of an organization’s strategy and vision. Since 2006, she has been a member of the CLG (Continuous Learning Group) Business Coaching team, providing behaviourally based coaching to CEO’ and CFO’s as a key element of Enterprise Ireland’s flagship development programme for Scaling companies. This coaching is provided in partnership with Stanford Graduate Business School and Duke Corporate Education. Shenaz Kelly Rawat is an experienced Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach. For the last 12 years Shenaz has specialised in providing executive coaching and education to senior leaders and managers in the effective use of behaviour-based leadership skills. Her focus is the alignment of behaviour to business results in order to build sustainable high performance for her client organisations. She combines her deep understanding of organisational frameworks with the psychology of personal change to transform the performance of senior leaders and their teams.

Mary’s career in Executive Coaching and Human Resource Management spans two decades. With over 20 years practical and consulting experience, Mary brings a deep expertise in HR. She has held senior HR roles for a global computer company, an international advertising organization, and a major retail chain.
Mary’s work focuses on business leaders and senior executives supporting them to deliver strategic change management and leadership development programmes. Mary recently collaborated with a London business school to develop a leadership programme for executive education projects for clients in professional services and a leadership programme for a group of European executives that focused on managing people, complexity, and leading change.
Since 2000 Mary has provided HR & Management consultancy to leading international professional service firms, advertising agencies, multinational IT and retail companies. Mary has been a coach on Stanford’s CEO and CFO programmes. Mary sits on the Board of Directors for NGO Goal.
